2025 International Mushroom Days
The opening ceremony of this conference was hosted by Rong Weidong, Vice President of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Foodstuffs and Native Produce. More than 3000 people attended the conference, including local government leaders, industry experts and scholars, leading edible fungi production enterprises, professional supermarket and catering industry buyers, and representatives of upstream and downstream enterprises in the entire edible fungi industry chain. The elites gathered to witness the opening of this exhibition. Together, we will create a new interactive platform of "government, industry, academia, research, application and retail" to achieve cross-industry and cross-sector information and resource sharing with edible fungi as the core and link.
